DenaLena provides cloud-based GST billing, invoicing, party ledger tracking (Dena Lena / receivables & payables), stock inventory management, and tax compliance calculation tools for Indian merchants, traders, manufacturers, and service providers.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features of DenaLena, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
DenaLena provides a standard free tier as well as premium subscription tiers and API credit packs. Payments are securely processed via RBI-authorized payment gateways including Cashfree. All subscription fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance.
5. Tax and Compliance Disclaimer
While DenaLena facilitates GST invoice generation, e-invoicing calculation, and tax breakdown (CGST, SGST, IGST), you as the business owner remain solely responsible for the legal accuracy of your tax returns, GST filings, and compliance with the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) and statutory authorities.
6. Data Privacy & Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your business data, invoices, client records, and inventory data entered into DenaLena. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to safeguard your data at rest and in transit.
